We ship from our brick and mortar store, during business hours, except on holidays and weekends.
Curbside pickup is available by appointment! Simply place your order and we will contact you when it's ready to set up a curbside pickup time. ***Please pull up to the door at your appointment time. Either beep your horn or call 632-8801 to let us know you are here. Open your trunk or rear window and we will put your package right in your car! :)

Please, Please, Please, be patient with the delivery systems during this crisis time. The mail carriers and Border workers are doing their best to get the work done. We all have to expect delays while living through this worldwide Virus Pandemic. The delivery systems are already slowing down. So, please expect delays that cannot be controlled and be patient! ***
***Please Note - First Class Mail does not include insurance or any guarantee of delivery from the USPS. While you will save money upfront, WE DO NOT REFUND OR RE-SHIP fabric for lost or wrongly delivered orders due to USPS errors. We can add insurance for a small additional fee if you choose and we highly recommend it.
RETURNED MAIL If your package is returned to us because of delivery issues (wrong address or unable to forward, for example) we will send you a convo to let you know we have received it. We will ask for a corrected/updated address and include an invoice for you to pay for additional shipping so we can send it out again. If we don't hear from you within 7 days we will cancel the order and refund the cost of the fabric. We are not responsible for returning the original postage, as we paid the postage to have it sent out to the address you provided.
LOST PACKAGES It's unfortunate, but it happens occasionally. We cannot control the USPS and once your package leaves our hands we have to count on them following through properly. If they lose your package we will do what we can to help you deal with the Post Office. They do not guarantee First Class mail and will only offer to do a search for those items. We recommend adding insurance to your order or upgrading to Priority Mail.
Priority Mail packages are insured and we will help you file a claim and get reimbursed or replacement fabric. Again, we are at the mercy of the Post Office once packages leave our store in the hands of the USPS mail carrier.
USA CUSTOMERS - If you order 3 yards or more, your order will automatically be shipped Priority Mail and will be insured. We are not responsible for USPS loss of small packages (of less than 3 yards) sent First Class Mail unless you request insurance for your package.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE - If you purchase 5 yards or less, we ship will First Class International and will refund any shipping overages. First Class packages are not insured and we are not responsible for loss or customs delays. ** If you want your package insured, please contact us. When purchasing more than 6+ yards, your package will be shipped Priority Mail and will be insured.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES We are not responsible for any duty, taxes or other fees to get your purchased fabric to you. Any additional fees that may be charged at/for border crossings are your responsibility.
WE REALLY TRY HARD We will make every effort to ship your order accurately using the quickest and most affordable method. Our goal is to get you your fabric as soon as possible, so once your payment is received, we will ship your order within 1 business day whenever possible (holidays excluded). Weekend orders begin shipping the following Monday (holidays excluded).

ABOUT RETURNS: All items must be approved by us before returning. Any items returned to us will be refunded less shipping costs incurred by us.
ABOUT MISSING INFORMATION: If you don't supply us with a working address to ship to we will contact you via Etsy Conversation. If you don't reply within 48 hours we will refund your payment and order.
